I make a lot of smoothies and this one is a personal favorite as a treat for something sweet when your on a diet or anytime you need a boost of goodness.
First add 4-5 ice cubes
2 bananas
2 tablespoons of peanut butter {feel free to over due it}
1 tablespoon coa coa
I also add in teaspoon of Chai seed, or flax
1/4" cup of Chocolate Almond Milk, I use the dark
Blend it all up and enjoy!!

ReplyDeleteI bet the use of almond milk makes all the difference! I love this kind of smoothie...I have it as a meal replacement many times during the month. Esp when it so hot outside!
