Slow Cooked Pork Chops

Slow Cooked Pork Chops
I went on a hunt for a good pork chop recipe and found the one here, for years I have literally failed at making pork chops. I don't know what it is, I either over cook or under cook and then wind up throwing it all away, its been awhile since I wanted to try this and the "crock pot" way enticed me and so glad I gave it ago! Y U M M Y the most tender pieces of meats hands down ever, fell right off. Great find
Ingredients
6 lean pork chops
1/2 cup of flour

1 tbsp. salt

1 (10 oz.) can chicken and rice soup

1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tbsp. oil

steps

Coat pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder and brown in oil in skillet.
Place browned pork chops in crock-pot.
Add can of soup.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high

  2. Going to bookmark this for later! I've been making a few meals in the crockpot each week, now that the weathers colder, but have never tried pork chops before. Thanks!
