homemade butterfingers
Found this yummy sweet treat at sixsistersstuff, had to be the easiest dessert I have ever made. Super sweet and I know its totally fatening BUT I had to see if they did taste like butterfingers and they did!
Homemade Butterfingers Candy Bars
Ingredients:
1 lb candy corn
1 (16 oz) jar creamy peanut butter
1 (16 oz) package chocolate candy coating
Directions:
Melt candy corn in microwave on high 1 minute. Stir and continue cooking in 15-second intervals until completely melted, stirring after each interval. Stir in peanut butter
. Spread mixture in a 9x9" pan lined with wax paper. Let cool completely (put in the fridge if you want it to set up more quickly). Cut into bite-size squares or bars.

Melt chocolate
as directed on package. Dip peanut butter bars in melted chocolate candy coating. Lay on waxed paper to set.

That looks very yummy and easy enough to do!

Oh yes, these are really good! We've made them only a handful of times, but every time, we always say we'll need to make more. =0)
