Harvest at the Homestead

Gorgeous girl with wolf art print I purchased and adore from Etsy shop BellandBunny

Its time to start booking our weekends with fun filled fall activities, this weekend we found "harvest at the homestead" at the "great plains conservation center". We did: cider testing, caramel apples on a stick, hay type ride, seen a real bison, teepee's, learned about customs for the Indians and kids crafts.

  1. This looks like tons of fun! I haven't seen a real teepee before, and I've only seen bison from a far distance. I bet the cider testing and caramel apples on a stick were great too. It looks like you guys got to try some archery fun...I'm jealous!

  2. Oh this looks so fun! The house I grew up in is very close to a farm that has similar activities this time of year. I can't wait until I have kids to take them to places like this!
